Throughout all levels of football, new technologies and tests geared towards concussions are being implemented. New helmets have been developed to be able to better protect the player and also alert the trainers or coaches that the player has sustained a head injury. Also, new tests have been created that allow the trainers to test for a brain injury by comparing their scores on a test before the play happened to their scores on a test after the play happened.
